Lost Phone is a simple, SMS-based cell phone security app. This free app will let you lock, locate, change ringer volume, and notify friends if the SIM card is changed on your lost phone.
7. Norton™ Mobile Security Lite w/ Anti-theft Plugin 
Norton provides a full set of features on their mobile phone security suite. The app allows for remote geolocation, making the phone “scream” at highest volume, SIM card locking, access to the camera, and remote lockdown in addition to the other anti-virus and malware security features. To enable the some security features a plugin must be downloaded as well, so make sure you get both downloads.
