Absolutely! For myself and the kids! The biggest benefit really is the no planning or internet needed. It means I can take the family geocaching at a moments notice where ever I am - visiting friends, on a hike, camping, etc. We've geocached a lot and the biggest problem was always having to know where you are going to be and finding the time to get the caches ready ahead of time.
