Some come in the form of GPS enable cell phones targeted specifically at children, others are futuristic GPS tracking watches that help us track our child's movements from a computer, and still others can be embedded in the shoes and jackets that our children wear. With the explosion of this technology in the private sector we need quality information and product reviews to help us understand what how to best use these products with our children.
