Hi Ron,

What you say about the HomeFinderGPS sounds very interesting, but I could not actually load the webpage in my browser. Maybe something is wrong with the website?

From what I could gather from the brief picture that I did see before some strange music was played in the background and my browser crashed was that it looked like the program worked on a Garmin Nuvi of some sort. My guess is that the information was loaded onto the Nuvi at some point. To my mind, this means that data could potentially be outdated unless someone is carefully making sure that everything is up to date.

While this might be an inherent problem with all real estate GPS tracking devices, I suspect that it is especially true of devices that are not capable of wireless communication and wireless updates like cell phone are.

If you have any additional information about the product I would love to hear about it.

Thanks.

All great information but HomeFinderGPS makes it so much simpler. Realtors provide buyers with pre-loaded GPS units that show every home for sale within the buyers price range. Homes can be saved for further research. And the units are free for home buyers and very easy to use.
