		<description>Hi Ellison,

I do not know this for certain, so please do not treat what I am going to say as Gospel truth, but I do not think that there are any privacy concerns when a company uses this device.

The reason that I say this is that in this particular industry the person driving the car is not the real owner of the vehicle - the company is. So, it makes sense that the company is able to install a GPS tracking device inside a vehicle that they own irregardless of who is driving it.

Now if the company did not own the car, it would be pretty strange that they installed a tracking device in the car. In fact, I think it is illegal in some states to do so. But when you own the vehicle you are completely within your rights to install a tracker.

Does that answer your question?
